Preserve READY ordering after successful native initialization

Reserve the lifecycle event before startup and publish it first only after startup succeeds. This keeps initial macOS and Windows preferences behind READY while failed Wayland initialization emits no READY. Verified 18 core tests, Plasma native lifecycle/pixel tests, and Windows compilation.

Add runtime-loaded Wayland/EGL, asynchronous xdg-shell windows, KWin server decorations, app identity, scaling metrics, frame synchronization, remapping and POSIX file URIs. Keep unsupported input and desktop-service capabilities false.
Add pinned optional Nix tooling, portable ELF auditing, and native lifecycle/startup/disconnect tests. Verified Plasma/Mesa GL 4.6 pixel checks, hide/show and cancellation lifetimes, 17 core tests, Windows compilation, and x86-64 glibc 2.35 release output without desktop link dependencies.

Record the Plasma-first backend plan and provide checksum-verified maintainer refresh tooling. Ordinary builds will consume checked-in declarations and generated marshalling code. Verified hashes and byte-identical regeneration with wayland-scanner 1.24.0.
